How to post your event

From flyer to live event in a few minutes, all on your phone. Free to list.

    Open QuickFind

    Go to quickfind.ng on your phone.

    Sign in

    Tap Profile, then Sign in. Enter your email and type in the 6-digit code we send you.

    Start your event

    Tap the + button at the bottom, then Event. The first time, enter your organizer or brand name and tap Continue.

    The basics

    • Upload your flyer first. We fill in what we can read from it (title, date, venue); just check it.
    • Add a description, pick a category, and set the date and time.
    • Venue: start typing and pick it from the Google Maps suggestions. Not there? Use it as you typed it.

    Tickets

    Name your ticket (e.g. Regular), leave the price as Free, and set how many people can come. Add more ticket types if you need them.

    Questions and a note (optional)

    Ask guests a question (e.g. T-shirt size), or add a note to their ticket email: a dress code, your WhatsApp group link.

    Publish

    Tap Publish. Your event goes live straight away.

    Share it

    Tap Share on WhatsApp or copy the link. You can also download a poster card for your status.

Before the event

  • Go to Profile, then Organizer dashboard, and tap your event to see your RSVPs.
  • Guests shows everyone and their answers. You can download the list as a PDF.
  • Have ushers at the gate? Add them under Team.

On the day

  • Tap Scan and point your phone at each guest's QR code. It works even without data.
  • Guest's phone died? Find them in Guests by name or phone number and tap Check in.

Tip: ask guests to add their email when they RSVP, so their ticket is also emailed to them.
